Last Sunday, Garfield Community Farm began selling seedlings to the community to usher the neighborhood into growing season while raising money for the farm. We will be at the Union Project from 3pm-6pm for the next to Sundays (5/24 and 5/31). The Union Project is located at the corner of Stanton and Negley. Directions can be found here.

I’m very intrigued by the labels. I’ve never seen a plant called ‘cream sausage’.
Heirloom tomatoes have some crazy names like cream sausage, pineapple, costoluve genovese, micado violetor, red pear, red strawberry, etc. Makes growing them even more fun!
