Every dollar donated to the farm goes toward our mission of restoring land and people
With donations, we are able to purchase farm supplies and employ staff, which enables us to give back to the community with educational programming, community events, and more.
Examples of our service
In response to the 2020 COVID 19 Pandemic:
We diverted the majority of our produce intended for sales to those in our neighborhood experiencing food scarcity. Through weekly deliveries and food pantry donations, around one thousand pounds of healthy, organic food was distributed to our neighbors, as well as hundreds of seedlings to help people grow their own food.
Community programming
When you donate to Garfield Community Farm, you enable our amazing staff to engage with local kids, providing nutrition and science education in a place of beauty and exploration. We provide customized programming for local kids, like Brothers and Sisters Emerging (BASE), highlighted in the video below.
Make a donation
Every dollar donated to the farm goes toward our mission. Through your generosity, we can fund our three amazing part-time staff, and resource them to provide nutritious food and hands-on education in a place that demonstrates the beauty of creation.
